WARRANTY  POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

ALL RETURNS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT AND MUST BE IN RESALEABLE CONDITION. AFTER 30 DAYS, WE MAY ISSUE A FULL OR PARTIAL CREDIT, INCLUDING A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, WITHIN A 60 DAY WINDOW FOR UNWORN AND UNWASHED MERCHANDISE UPON RETURN.

ALL FOIL PACKS THAT CONTAIN OUR EVOSHIELD SHIELDS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND ONCE OPENED AND EXPOSED TO AIR DUE TO THE IRREVERSIBLE HARDENING PROCESS OF THE SHIELDS. DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE UNLESS IT WAS AN EVOSHIELD’S OVERSIGHT AND/OR PROBLEM WITH THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT.

PLEASE CALL EVOSHIELD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 770-725-2724 FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE. PLEASE HAVE YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND REASON FOR RETURN WHEN PLACING YOUR PHONE CALL. EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR THE SAME ITEM IN A DIFFERENT SIZE ONLY AND IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. A REFUND MAY BE AWARDED IF THE PRODUCT IS UNAVAILABLE AND QUALIFIES WITH THE RETURN POLICY.

EXCHANGES CANNOT BE MADE ON EVOSHIELDs THAT ARE CONTAINED IN FOIL PACKS AND OPENED BY THE CUSTOMER(S).

This warranty does not cover:

1) EVOSHIELDs that have hardened without following proper fitting instructions.

2) EVOSHIELDs that have been disfigured, altered in any way or cracked while being stored between usage.

3) EVOSHIELDs that have been purchased from non-authorized EvoShield dealers or individuals.

4) EVOSHIELDs purchased at auction, or on auction websites without the express written consent of EvoShield, LLC. Attention!

RETURN POLICY

No returns can be made without an EvoShield assigned Return Authorization Number (RMA) on the package label. Please call Customer Service at (770)725-2724 to request a RMA number. instructions:

1) DO NOT return the EvoShield(s) to your local authorized sporting goods dealer.

2) Call EvoShield, LLC. Customer Service at (770) 725-2724 (M-F, 9am - 5pm EST) to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return address.

3) Return the defective product with RMA number along with the proof of purchase* to EvoShield, LLC. 300 Commerce Blvd. Bogart, GA 30622. *Proof of Purchase includes any Packaging Slips, Invoices, or documented paperwork from EvoShield included with the original shipment of the order.

 4) If EvoShield, LLC. agrees that the product is defective, a replacement product will be sent within seven business days of receiving the defective product. Return shipment will be via UPS Ground delivery.

5) If advanced shipment is requested for exchange, the customer will incur additional shipping costs. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT RETURNS.
