ALL SPORTS ARMOUR’S WARRANTY POLICY
All Sports Armour (EvoShields) carry a 90 day limited warranty which covers all manufacturing defects from normal field usage including: cracking or breaking. Evo Shirts also carry 90 day manufacturing defects warranty and must returned and inspected by All Sports Armour's warranty department before replacements can be sent. Payment is required for any advance shipments.
This warranty does not cover:
1) evoSHIELDs that have hardened without following fitting instructions.
1) evoSHIELDs that have been disfigured, altered in any way or cracked while being stored between usage.
2) evoSHIELDs that have been purchased from non-authorized All Sports Armour dealers or individuals.
3) evoSHIELDs purchased at auction, or on auction websites without the express written consent of All Sports Armour Inc.
4) used evoSHIELDs purchased from re-sellers.
Attention! No returns can be made without an All Sports Armour assigned RMA# on the package label. Please phone the Warranty Department at (770)725-2724 to request RMA#
Instructions:
1) DO NOT return the evoSHIELD(s) to your local authorized sporting goods dealer.
2) Call All Sports Armour Warranty Department at (770) 725-2724
(M-F, 9am - 5pm EST) to obtain a return authorization number and return address.
3) Send the defective product with RMA# along with proof of purchase* to
All Sports Armour,1260 Mars Hill Rd,Watkinsville,GA 30677.
4) If All Sports Armour agrees that the product is defective, A replacement product will be sent within seven working days of receiving the defective product. Return shipment will be via UPS Ground delivery.
5) If advanced shipment is requested, the customer will incur additional shipping costs.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
